  1. How you start your day?

Mrs India Finalist: My morning religiously starts at 5:30 AM. After 20 minutes of meditation, I go to get my daughters out of bed, prepare a healthy meal and send them to school. Then I squeeze myself in a 45 minutes workout session before settling down to a healthy wholesome breakfast.

  1. Your most memorable moment of the Year 2018?

Mrs India Finalist: The most memorable moment would definitely be the time when I was crowned as Mrs. India Delhi NCR 2018 1st runner up.

But the journey from the day I became the finalist of the pageant till the day I was crowned is equally an indelible memory of my life!

  1. What You would love to do in your free time?

Mrs India Finalist:  I always manage to get some free time out, where I love to write poems, quotes ,bhajan etc. Love to spend quality  time with kids and family like playing board games ,watching movie or a long drive prefer listening to music ,a good spa as it will give energy to my body. List is endless.

  1. What is Your Favourite Outfit?

Mrs India Finalist: My favourite outfit would be anything that is comfortable and classy, fits to my mood and occasion. Regular days it is denim and a t-shirt/Kurti.

  1. What is your favourite Vacation destination, How would you plan it?

Mrs India Finalist: Being an adventurous and fun loving person my favourite vacation destination would be Goa. A perfect getaway alongside the beaches with family and friends! It’s beautiful, serene and has abundance of natural beauty! Enjoy, relax, exercise, rejuvenate and explore the nuances of the rich culture and history of the place.

  1. If you can bring awareness about one Cause in the Society what that could be and Why?

Mrs India Finalist: One burning cause in today’s society is “Shaming” – body, slut and victim shaming. I would like to bring awareness about this because this is one of the base causes of depression in today’s society. Body shaming has become a problem for both genders. Shaming is a way for the perverts of the world to get some sort of twisted pleasure at the expense of women. Rape and molestation victims were shamed for sharing their experiences as what they went through. We need to learn to embrace all body types. Shame is a silent, yet ubiquitous emotion. And instead of shaming each other, we can support ourselves  instead. Never weakened your inner strength by the negative criticisms.

  1. What is Your Favourite Dish you love to relish anytime?

Mrs India Finalist: Being a big time foodie and having a passion for cooking, together is indeed is a good combination in my opinion. You can cook and relish different styles of food\dishes. A dish which I relish anytime is Caesar Salad. It’s filling and healthy!

  1. If you can eradicate one issue of the society what that could be?

Mrs India Finalist: Female infanticide and selective abortion – This has lead to an unhealthy child sex ratio. This problem requires a change of mindset among the people so that there is respect for life and for equality of the gender. A women is probably the only soul hat has the right to carry a soul in her .SAVE THE GIRL CHILD.

  1. What is the Mantra of your Life?

Mrs India Finalist: The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. –Eleanor Roosevelt

“Believe in yourself and don’t give up”.

  1. One New thing that You want to learn

Mrs India Finalist: Continuous learning is one of the key to success. Being an avid learner and a creative person I have tried my hands in many artistic and creative things. So now I would love to learn a Sport ( Table Tennis )which would be a different area than what I am good at.
