Lets Know our Mrs India 2018 Finalist :

  1. How you start your day?

Mrs India Finalist: As I open my eyes early in the morning, I feel gratitude and am happy to have another day for spreading happiness to others and get new opportunities to acquire knowledge for the growth of my soul.

I drink a glass of water and go to my terrace to feed the birds and water my plants.

After this, I start with my workout yoga, which includes Stretching, Suryanamaskar, and Pranayam.

Then it is time for the healthy breakfast with family and get ready to proceed to the clinic.

  1. Your most memorable moment of the Year 2018?

Mrs India Finalist:  Till now I have two most cherishable moments of this current year 2018.

One is when after long time, I completed my high altitude trek in Himalayas in this April 2018.

This was a 10 day long trek, going solo with strangers and when I came down, I received a mail stating I have been selected for Mrs India 2018 Finalist, the moment which I am going to treasure throughout my life as I will be stepping out of my comfort zone.

  1. What You would love to do in your free time?

Mrs India Finalist:  Since I am a mother of two kids, a wife and a working physiotherapist by profession, I do not manage to get more leisure time for myself.

I prefer to listen to Indian Classical Music to rejuvenate myself and love to spend time with animals especially dogs; that’s very relaxing!

I also spare some time to watch TED talks and few youtube videos, as it helps me to keep up with the world updates.

On Every Sunday, along with my NGO members, we go to help and spend time with handicapped children.

  1. What is Your Favourite Outfit?

Mrs India Finalist:  Ofcourse, my white apron which allows me to relieve peoples’ pain and be happy!

Usually my priority is for those clothes, which are comfortable, and makes me feel confident.

On occasions, I prefer Indian attires like Saree or Chanya Choli

  1. What is your favourite Vacation destination, How would you plan it ?

Mrs India Finalist: I have been to a trekking over Himalaya‘s with my kids when they were very young and then as they grew most of our trips were international. Hence, my current dream destination would be to go for a Himalayan Trek with my children for their vacation.  I would plan this trip on my own, as I believe self-planned trip always give better experience.

  1. If you can bring awareness about one Cause in the Society what that could be and Why?

Mrs India Finalist: I strongly believe in saving natural resources. Because it is difficult to reproduce water or air, for the survival of all the living beings in this universe, it is our moral duty to save them.

I am doing my part, by spreading awareness about this amongst my family, friends, neighbours, servants, and all others in my day-to-day contact.

  1. What is Your Favourite Dish you love to relish anytime?

Mrs India Finalist:  I do enjoy Chinese and Mexican cuisines but Gujarati ‘Vegetable Dhokla’ is my all time favourite because it is tasty and contains fewer calories.

  1. If you can eradicate one issue of the society what that could be?

Mrs India Finalist: There are several serious issues that should be take care of currently in the world; but the one issue that completely takes me back is, “Paedophile”.  Young children are future of our society.  Incidents of physical torture or abuse leave a strong, unchangeable impact, which defines their life. The pain, fear and frustration in their juvenile time hinder their mental growth and outlook for life.

I would vouch that it is extremely painful and egregious to even consider such situation and hence, it should be eradicated from the society.

Since nothing in this world can be eradicated, I would certainly wish that maximum attempts should be given on this issue for the betterment of society.

  1. What is the Mantra of your Life?

Mrs India Finalist:  Be happy and a growing soul; with the aim of spreading happiness and acquiring knowledge until one lives!

  1. One New thing that You want to learn

Mrs India Finalist:  As I believe in growing always, I have bucket list of learning new things.

One of them is learning to play Tabla, because I have learned Indian Classical Music and I am fond of Indian Classical Dance as well. Hence, I know that Tabla is the most beautiful and must element of it!
