CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: May 26, 2012

This Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations, applications, event participation, and services offered by Mrs India Pageants and Productions Pvt. Ltd. ("Mrs India", "we", "our", or "us").

1. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION

Once a participant has successfully registered for any Mrs India event, audition, competition, grooming session, or associated activity, the registration shall be considered confirmed.

Any cancellation request initiated by the participant after successful registration shall not guarantee a refund or reversal of charges.

2. NON-CANCELLABLE SERVICES

The following services are generally non-cancellable:

• Registration fees
• Application fees
• Audition fees
• Participation charges
• Grooming and training sessions
• Digital promotions and media services
• Event bookings and reserved slots

3. ORGANIZER RIGHTS

Mrs India reserves the right to:

• Cancel or postpone events
• Modify schedules or venues
• Restructure event formats
• Limit or refuse participation
• Disqualify participants violating organizational policies

Such decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of the organization.

4. PARTICIPANT DISQUALIFICATION

Participants found engaging in:

• Misconduct
• False representation
• Policy violations
• Defamation
• Unauthorized brand usage
• Abusive behavior

may have their participation cancelled immediately without notice and without eligibility for refunds.

5. FORCE MAJEURE

Mrs India shall not be held responsible for cancellations, postponements, or modifications caused due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Technical failures
• Political disturbances
• Events beyond reasonable control

6. DIGITAL & ONLINE SERVICES

Many services offered by Mrs India are digital, event-based, or reservation-based in nature. Once access, booking, or participation rights are granted, such services may not be cancelled.

7. CANCELLATION REQUEST PROCESS

Participants requesting cancellation may contact our support team through the official contact details below. All requests shall be reviewed individually, and decisions of the organization shall remain final.

8. POLICY CHANGES

Mrs India reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
