This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all registrations, payments, services, and transactions made with Mrs India Pageants and Productions Pvt. Ltd. ("Mrs India", "we", "our", or "us").
All registration fees, application fees, audition fees, participation charges, sponsorship fees, and associated payments made to Mrs India are subject to the terms outlined below.
All payments made towards registrations, auditions, participation, grooming sessions, media activities, promotions, event access, or associated services are strictly non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refund requests shall be entertained under normal circumstances.
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional cases, solely at the discretion of Mrs India Pageants and Productions Pvt. Ltd. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.

If a participant voluntarily withdraws, fails to attend, is disqualified, or becomes ineligible after registration, no refund shall be issued.

Mrs India primarily provides digital, event-based, and registration-related services. No physical products are shipped unless specifically mentioned.
