4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content associated with Mrs India including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Crown designs
• Titles
• Sashes
• Photographs
• Videos
• Website content
• Promotional materials
• Event branding

are the exclusive intellectual property of Mrs India Pageants and Productions Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

5. MEDIA & CONTENT CONSENT

By participating in any Mrs India event or activity, participants grant permission to the organization to use photographs, videos, interviews, and promotional content for marketing, media publication, social media, digital campaigns, and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. TITLE & BRAND USAGE POLICY

Any participant, finalist, winner, or associated individual found misusing Mrs India titles, branding, crowns, or promotional identity without authorization may face:

• Immediate termination
• Legal action
• Public disassociation notice
• Revocation of title or participation rights

7. TERMINATION RIGHTS

Mrs India Pageants and Productions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate registrations
• Revoke titles or awards
• Remove content
• Restrict platform access
• Take legal action

against any individual or entity violating this policy or engaging in conduct deemed harmful to the organization or its participants.
